By registering an account and using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before you deposit or play.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits via VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bank Transfer, and Tether. Withdrawals may be made to VISA, Mastercard, Bank Transfer, and Tether. The minimum deposit is £20 and the minimum withdrawal is £20. We aim to process approved withdrawals within 0–24 hours, though individual payment providers may apply their own processing times. We do not guarantee any specific processing speed once funds leave our system. Deposit and withdrawal methods available to you may vary depending on your location and the payment provider's own policies.

Identity Verification Before Withdrawal

Before we process any withdrawal, we are required to verify your identity. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to pause a withdrawal request until satisfactory documentation has been received and reviewed. This process is carried out to protect our players and to comply with our obligations under our operating licence. Failure to provide the requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your withdrawal request.

Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

New players are eligible for a welcome bonus of 500% up to £2,230 plus 300 Free Spins. The following conditions apply to all bonus funds:

• Minimum qualifying deposit: £20
• Wagering requirement: 35× the bonus amount
• Maximum bet whilst wagering is active: £5 per spin or round
• Slot games contribute 100% towards the wagering requirement
• Contributions from other game types may differ or may not count at all

A 100% Sports Welcome Bonus up to £100 is also available. The minimum deposit to claim this offer is £20. The sports bonus is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited and applies to single and accumulator pre-match and live sports bets. Cashed-out bets do not contribute towards wagering. Who May Hold an Account

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play at Big Drago. Each person may hold only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be treated as duplicate accounts. Please note that players residing in the United Kingdom are currently restricted from opening an account. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

Account Suspension for Fraud, Abuse or Duplicate Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any account where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated software, or the operation of more than one account. Any funds obtained through such activity may be forfeited. We may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Responsible Gambling Tools and Self-Exclusion

We are committed to promoting responsible gambling. Players may request deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion directly through their account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion can be applied for a defined period or indefinitely. We encourage any player who feels that gambling is negatively affecting them to make use of these tools or to seek support from an independent organisation.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players, including by email or via a notice displayed on the site. Continued use of Big Drago following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
